In the beautiful setting of Palazzo Castiglioni, the headquarters of Confcommercio in Corso Venezia, n° 47/40, the first scientific board meeting was held for the innovative start up MDAPP Srl, which was created thanks to the support of the Lombardy Regional authorities with the FRIM START E RESTART initiative. During this meeting, the scientific board was presented, as well as the activities that MDApp intends to carry out: highly technological medical products and devices.
MDAPP Srl was established on 17 March 2015 as an innovative startup, and will operate in the Medical Device market - dealing with instruments and hardware and software devices used to diagnose, prevent, or cure illnesses, or to treat other physical conditions.The creator of this idea is Angelo Colombini, who has thirty years of experience as an IT Manager, and ten years of experience in developing integrated systems for managing and monitoring physiological parameters. MDApp Srl is made up of Angelo Colombini, who is the President, and Daniela Pagani, who is the Managing Director, in addition to several collaborators. The MDApp company policy will be based on the concepts of high-quality, innovative products, and unrivalled service.The first products (fibroin filling, Patch Drug Delivery, Nano Pump for pain killers, and the Saliva Analysis System) have already been presented to prominent companies operating in the medical and biomedical markets, who have already enthusiastically commissioned further studies and tweaking.The following people will participate at the table: Dr Marcello Costa Angeli, specialised in pathology of the sympathetic nervous system and sweat disorders (hyperhidrosis) - San Gerardo Hospital in Monza.
